Parking

• Parking at the Park Laureate building is for Tenants and visitor use only. All vehicles must register with the Building Management (including any alternate or second vehicles) please email the Make, Model, Color, and License Plate to ParkLaureateMaint@fuller-realty.com

• Visitor parking is for Tenant’s visitors only and for a maximum of 3 hours. Visitors staying longer than 3 hours or who are at the building three or more times per month must park on the 5^th level (uncovered). This includes tenants regular visitors such as IT techs, consultants, auditors, or non-Houston based employees who do not pay for a parking space. 

• Speed Limit: 5 MPH or Less 

• Watch for and Yield to Pedestrians 

• Two-way Traffic throughout the Garage 

• Garage Clearance Heights: 6 ft. 10 in. 

• Overnight Parking: No overnight parking allowed, unless by a registered vehicle in its assigned Reserved Parking space. Additionally, any vehicles left overnight or for any extended period of time must be pre-approved with Property Management. 

• 10 minute parking for loading/unloading zones (non-red curb areas) 

• Circular Drive is for drop off and short waiting time. Please do not leave vehicles unattended. Driver must stay with vehicle at all times.
